Sometimes the standard product available simply does not fit the user’s needs. The user may wish to operate a machine or perform a certain function in an exact and distinctive manner. The reasons can be anything from a safe operating procedure to tradition to a need for simplicity.

At Niscon Inc. we take on these types of needs as challenges. Our team of Design Engineers and Development Engineers are available to custom fit a solution for any application. Whether we use a standard product with bespoke fittings or customize a solution from the ground up we will take the time to understand the needs of the application and fit the right product to the job.

The process can begin with a phone call, email or a simple description. Next we will create a parts list and develop a model so that the customer can see the approach and determine the development track. If approved and necessary we can assemble a rapid-prototype to aid in the decision making process when drawings are simply not enough.

Software needs are then assessed and if development is required the new component often becomes a standard feature of the Raynok Software.

In the end the parts are all there. We just need to know how the application is intended to function so that we can create a bespoke solution with the user’s needs.
